Required Skills and Experience:
Criteria 1. Specific area of expertise required
- Minimum work experience 12 years
- Experience in education and training policy planning and implementation
- Good knowledge and of the relevant EU policy framework (VNFIL, EQF, ECVET, EQAVET, Bologna process, amongst others)
Demonstrated by list of relevant projects and publications; experience in relevant functions.
Criteria 2. Country specific knowledge and experience
- Excellent knowledge of the relevant policy framework, strategies, legislation and leading institutions in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (Adult learning, secondary education, higher education)
- Good knowledge of international projects and partners in the relevant domains, active former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
Experience in translation of documents for working purposes (working translations) Demonstrated by list of relevant projects and publications; experience in relevant functions.
Criteria 3. Drafting/ presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good experience in organizing workshops and policy meetings
Demonstrated by list of relevant projects, training and workshops, experience in relevant functions
Criteria 4. Language skills
English and Macedonian (both languages: very good), written and spoken)
