Project title: EuropeAid/137918/DH/SER/AL - Technical Assistance to the Albanian Government to promote a more enabling environment for civil society development
Required skills and Experience:
- University degree in public administration, political science, law, economics or related disciplines.
- General professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in support to public administration, of which at least 5 years in civil society development field, grant-making, good governance or public participation.
Specific professional experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in defining and implementing civil society policies in EU Member States and/or potential candidate/ candidate countries for EU membership.
- The expert should possess experience in proposing and implementing capacity building measures related to institutional reforms, preferably at the central level.
- Previous experience in supporting government capacities to develop cooperation with civil society would be a distinct advantage.
