Contract description
The Civil Society Facility and Media Programme 2014-2015 aims to support the civil society and media sector in Serbia in line with EU guidelines in these sectors in enlargement countries. In the scope of this programme and in line with the new Law on Public Service Broadcasting this contract will support core assistance to public broadcasting media through the improvements of their financial reporting, financial transparency and management capacities and it will support independent and professional regulators and the state owned media engaged in the process of privatization in terms of training/education for managers/owners/staff. The Direct Beneficiaries will be RTS (Radio-Televizija Srbije — Radio Television of Serbia), RTV (Radio-Televizija Vojovodine - Radio Television Vojvodina) respectively based in Belgrade and Novi Sad, REM (Regulatory Authority of Electronic Media), terrestrial electronic media and the state owned media engaged in the process of privatization (originally 70).
Budget
Maximum budget: EUR 500.000.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping ~ consortium - of tenderers) which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as defined under the Regulation (EU) №236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action (СШ.) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed (see also heading 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations.
