Duration of the project: 220 work days over  24 months

Project Description:

The overall objective of the project is to generate economic growth and employment by strengthening the competitiveness of the SME sector in BiH and supporting the development of business zones.
The purpose  is the establishment and strengthening of business infrastructure to improve SME competiveness.

Qualifications and skills:

   -University degree in economy / or business administration / or business management / or other related applied science discipline
   - Good written and verbal command in English
   - Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
   - Proficiency in report drafting, and
   - Excellent team working abilities

General Professional Experience:

   -Minimum 10 years of professional experience in product or market development or promotion in various business sectors
   -Demonstrated training and capacity building experience on al least I project preferably implemented in the EU Potential or Candidate
    Countries

Specific Professional Experience:

   -Working knowledge on the EU best practices related to promotion and/or implementation of SME Charter/Small Business Act
    demonstrated on at least 1 relevant assignment
  -Experience in SMEs export promotion policy demonstrated on at least 1 relevant assignment
  -Good understanding of SMEs challenges in transitional economies demonstrated on at least 1 assignment implemented preferably in the EU
   Candidate or Potential Candidate Countries
