HUMAN DYNAMICS/SUPPORT TO INTRODUCTION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (QMS)/KEY EXPERT 1 – TEAM LEADER/ SME DEVELOPMENT EXPERT

Duration of the project: 400 work days over 24 months

Project Description:

The overall objective of the current project is to generate economic growth and employment by strengthening the competitiveness of the SME sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and supporting the development of business zones.
The purpose  is to support SMEs to introduce Quality Management Systems in accordance with International Quality Standards series ISO 9000.

Qualifications and skills:

    - University degree in economics/or business administration/or applied sciences/or other related discipline
    - Good written and verbal command in English
    - Have excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
    - Be proficient in report drafting
    - Have excellent team working abilities

General Professional Experience:

   - Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience in entrepreneurship promotion and/or business management
   - Experience in managing teams of technical specialists (participation as team leader or equivalent position) in minimum 2 projects related
     to SMEs support or development

Specific Professional Experience:

   - Minimum of 5 years of SMEs related experience in standardisation processes
   - Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with entrepreneurs in transition economies preferably in new EU Member States and/or
     Potential and Candidate Countries
   - The expert should possess experience on at least 1 project related to demonstration of the EU best practices in promotion and the use of
     standards amongst SMEs
   - The expert should possess experience in definition and/or implementation of capacity building measures promoting entrepreneurship (at
     least 1 project related to the subject of this contract)
