HUMAN DYNAMICS/SUPPORT TO INTRODUCTION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (QMS)/KEY EXPERT 2 – QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGMENT EXPERT

Duration of the project: 380 work days over 24 months

Project Description:

The overall objective of the current project is to generate economic growth and employment by strengthening the competitiveness of the SME sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and supporting the development of business zones.
The purpose  is to support SMEs to introduce Quality Management Systems in accordance with International Quality Standards series ISO 9000.

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree in business administration/or economics/or applied sciences or other related discipline
   - Good written and verbal command in English
   - Have excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
   - Be proficient in report drafting
   - Have excellent team working abilities

General Professional Experience:

    - Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in management systems or internal control or audit or provision of business services to 
      SMEs
    - Experience in provision of practical assistance to businesses for introduction of management system standards demonstrated on at least
      1 similar project or assignment

Specific Professional Experience:

   - Minimum of 5 years of experience on at least 3 different assignments re1ated to providing management consultancy/audit and/or training
     to SMEs on ISO 9000 series quality system
   - Working experience in developing and implementation of quality management tools and techniques for ISO 9000 series certification in at
     least 2 different business sectors preferably in EU Potential or Candidate Countries
