HUMAN DYNAMICS/SUPPORT TO INTRODUCTION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (QMS)/KEY EXPERT 3 – HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING EXPERT

Duration of the project: 220 work days over 24 months

Project Description:

The overall objective of the current project is to generate economic growth and employment by strengthening the competitiveness of the SME sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and supporting the development of business zones.
The purpose  is to support SMEs to introduce Quality Management Systems in accordance with International Quality Standards series ISO 9000.

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree in economics or other social science
   - Good written and verbal command in English
   - Have excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
   - Be proficient in report drafting
   - Have excellent team working abilities

General Professional Experience:

  - At least 5 years of professional experience in developing capacities of human resources

Specific Professional Experience:

   - At least 3 years of experience in an agency or organization or other body associated with accreditation or certification processes
   - Demonstrated training and development experience at national institutional level on at least 1 project preferably implemented in the EU
     Potential or Candidate Countries
