The OSCE mission in Albania is looking for a Human Resources Officer.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Officer plans, organizes and manages the work of the Human Resource Unit. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing recruitment, administration of entitlements of international seconded and contracted mission members, staff training and welfare, as well as advising the Chief Fund Administration on human resources policies and practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- University education in human resources, personnel management, public/business administration, or related field or proven professional
experience in personnel management and administration, including recruiting, contracting and entitlements administration
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in human resources management in national structures or with an international organization
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure when necessary
- Professional fluency in English, both oral and written, with the ability to write clear and coherent reports
- Ability to adjust to a mission environment
