Contract description:                                                                               Maximum budget: EUR 280.000

The overall objective of the contract is to improve the operational capacity and independent functioning of the national regulatory authority (SORNS) and implement the related 'acquis communautaire'.
The purpose of the contract is to strengthen SORNS's capacity to inspect nuclear activities, equipment, material, nuclear power plant (NPP) decommissioning and spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste management in accordance with EU legislation and practice regarding safety and security.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 280 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
