Background
UNICEF in Serbia UNICEF is looking for an Individual Contractor to support inter-ministerial working group in their activities related to the implementation of the legal framework related to prevention, detection and response to discrimination in education by supporting the implementation of activities of the working group.
Responsibilities
- Support MoESTD in coordination and monitoring of activities related to development and implementation of related by laws Provide Technical
Input and reporting of the MoESTD related to antidiscrimination in education
- Support work of the WG related to development of relevant instructions for smooth implementation of the bylaw
- Support inter-ministerial coordination in the field of antidiscrimination in education
Required Skills and Experience
- University degree in education, psychology, pedagogy, sociology or other related field.
- At least five years of experience in areas concerning education policy is required.
- Experience on education reform processes in drafting legislative acts would be an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Serbian education system;
- Excellent knowledge of child and human rights;
