Background
The project aims to strengthen the promotion of all outdoor in the territory of the Municipality Tirana. The APR aims to shorten distances between communities, unite and bring people closer but also mitigate the impact of wild urbanization in relation to nature. Weekly, monthly, yearly guidelines bring economic growth, trade and competition. The project provides a service that is lacking, offering a fantastic tool of information for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize with the APR institutional structure, the staffing and procedures that are in place in the sector.
- Prepare and submit questionnaires to possible systems end -users in order to provide a detailed report on what the citizens would like to
access in the app and how the app can trigger large use by the citizens.
- Coordinate with the APR staff regarding the baseline data for designing of the app and prepare an analytical report on the findings.
- Study and analyze the existing data sources, collection, and storing that will benefit the app.
- Further design and propose for decision making to the APR General Director, the app’s modular structure.
Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced university degree in the fields of information technology, system development or related fields.
- Five years of experience in software programming, system engineering or related field;
- Proven previous mobile application developments in all the three platforms: Apple IOS, Android (any version), Microsoft windows Mobile.
- Experience of design and maintenance of IT systems and integrating the open source GIS module;
- Experience in developing databases and web based applications for public institutions and enterprises;
- Experience in design and development of software based on free open source software;
- Experience in report writing.
- Good knowledge of both written and spoken English.
