Background
In the context of the EU accession process and in relation to competitiveness and innovation areas, Montenegro needs to deal with some issues which influence competitiveness and innovation, as well as economic growth. These issues are established in the Montenegro’s Economic Reform Programme (ERP), firstly prepared for 2015, and lately updated for the period 2016-2018.
Size of grants
Any grant requested under this Call for Proposals must be equal or less than the available budget, i.e. € 1,660,000.00.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must:
- be a legal person
- be non-profit-making or profit making organisation which is aware that the grant cannot be used for making profit
- be an European Union Member State public sector institution/operator or statutory body
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), if any, not acting as
an intermediary.
