Objective
The global objective of this call for proposals is to increase employment of NEETs based on current labour market needs.
The specific objective of this call for proposals is to increase employability and labour force participation of NEETs by providing comprehensive and holistic active labour market measures.
Eligibility of applicants
In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must:
• be a legal person;
• be non-profit-making;
be a specific type of organisation such as:
- Non-governmental organisation (NGOs) working in the field of social policies and/or youth;
- Cooperatives;
- Technology Development Zones;
- Local Authorities (such as Municipalities , Union of Providing Services for Villages etc.);
- Development Agencies;
- Professional organisations (such as federations, confederations, employers’ and employees’ organizations/ institutions, chambers of
commerce and/ or industry, chambers, unions and organized industrial zone, commodity exchange etc.);
- Universities;
- Trade Unions and Confederation of Workers and Employers;
- International (inter-governmental) organisation.
Size of grants
Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:
• minimum amount: EUR 200.000
• maximum amount: EUR 350.000
