Objective
The specific objectives of this call for proposals are:
1. To assist in promotion of inclusive education and support to children with disabilities;
2. To assist in promotion of the education budget transparency and accountability.
Eligibility of applicants
In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must:
• be a legal person;
• be non-profit-making;
• be specific types of organisations such as non-governmental organisations (international organizations are not eligible);
• be established in the Kyrgyz Republic or a Member State of the European Union or a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA);
• be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an
intermediary, and
• have been registered for at least two years at the submission deadline for concept notes.
Size of grants
Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:
• minimum amount: EUR 400 000
• maximum amount: EUR 1 200 000
