Description:

VGM Partners LLC is looking for an expert for the following EC Framework project in Croatia. To ensure further improvement of the vocational education and training (VET) system in Croatia as well as labour-market relevance of initial and continuous vocational education and training.

Qualifications and skills:

  · At least Master’s Degree Academic level or University degree (a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at
    least 3 years attested by a diploma) and 11 years of experience in formal secondary level VET;
  · Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  · Computer literacy.

General professional experience:

  · 10 years of experience in formal, secondary level VET.

Specific professional experience:

  · 4years of experience in relation to development and/or implementation of labour market research;
  · 1 year of professional experience in transition and/or EU pre-accession countries;
  · Professional experience acquired in or with institution(s) that work on linking VET and labour market.

Staring period: March 2012

Duration: 80 w/d
