Description:

VGM Partners LLC is looking for an expert for the following EC Framework project in Croatia. To support the AVETAE in development of plan and methods for ensuring continuous flow of inputs/data from economy sector needed for harmonisation of VET provision with demands of labour market. To upgrade the skills of AVETAE employees working on harmonisation of VET provision with labour market demands.

Qualifications and skills:

  · At least Master’s Degree Academic level or University degree (a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at
    least 3 years attested by a diploma) and 4 years of professional experience in the field of creation of statistical survey or research;
  · Fluency in English and Croatian, both written and spoken;
  · Computer literacy.

General professional experience:

  · 3 years of professional experience in the field of creation of statistical surveys or research.

Specific professional experience:

  · 1 year of professional experience in data analysis methodologies;
  · 2 years in carrying out different types of market research in business to business (b2b) area;
  · 1 year of professional experience in performing surveys.
