Contract description:                                                                                        Maximum budget : EUR 6.200.000

The purpose of this contract is preparation of design and other project documents for reconstruction of the existing alignment and stations together with construction of the new second track on the section Križevci-Koprivnica-State border and the modernisation of the control command and signalling subsystem. Consultant needs to provide preliminary design, feasibility study with cost-benefit analysis and financial and economic analysis, revision of EIA study, main design, draft project application and tender dossiers in accordance with the requirements of the EU and national legislation in order to propose the project for EU co-financing.
Also, the consultant needs to obtain location and construction permits (all the administrative fees to obtain permits shall be borne by the contracting authority).

Budget:

Maximum budget: 6 200 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
