Best Practices for Roma Integration (BPRI) Project

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is implementing an EU-funded regional project in the Western Balkans to enhance the integration of Roma communities into society and strengthen the capacity of national and local governments in ensuring Roma participation. ODIHR requires services of a qualified consultant based in the region to support the implementation of the project public information activities aimed at raising awareness and generating acceptance of the project and its goals among the various audiences.

Qualifications:

The consultant shall have a relevant university degree; background in journalism or public information with 5 years of experience in conceptualising and implementing public information and outreach campaigns; familiarity and contacts with media in the Western Balkans; knowledge and awareness of Roma communities in the region.
