Service project between the bit schulungscenter NfG GmbH & Co KG and the Central Financing and Contracting Department of the Ministry of Finance, is seeking to recruit an Office Assistant to participate in the above mentioned 20month EU funded project Main base of work will be Skopje.

Office Assistant will be responsible for:

   - Assistance of coordination of the flow of all working documents in liaison with other members of the project team
   - Following the teams policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information
   - Entering and retrieving information in computer databases, updating records, files etc.
   - Assistance by book keeping of project expenses incurred in the country
   - Preparing and reviewing written documents accurately (notes, letters, follow ups. meeting minutes, etc) and answering telephones using
     appropriate etiquette.
   - Coordination of travel arrangements to include flights, local connections/transport, hotel bookings etc., in connection with the project
     activities
   - Expatriation services, including filling up forms regarding VAT exemption, ID Cards, etc.
   - Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Office Manager as they arise

The successful candidate should have the following profile:

   - Proven administrative experience of at least 2 years in an international fast paced working environment
   - Strong organisation and planning skills Ability to prioritize own workload
   - Computer literacy- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
   - Fluent written and spoken English and Macedonian - Fluent Albanian will be considered an asset
   - Dynamic/fast paced and multitasking
   - Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills
   - Prior experience in EC funded project will be considered an asset
