Objectives:

The overall objective of the project is to enhance the social inclusion of persons with mental health disorders. The project has the purpose to enable deinstitutionalisation and social inclusion of persons with mental health disorders by transforming the institutions to improve services and by supporting the development of social and health services at local level.

Tasks

The expert will provide TA to deliver results, advise and support all responsible persons. Moreover, providing EU policy experience is helpful.

Qualifications and skills

   - University degree in medical care or other relevant field;
   - Serbian would be an advantage;

General professional experience

   - Minimum 8, but preferably 12 years of post graduate relevant professional experience;

Specific professional experience

   - Minimum 5, but preferably 7 years in rehabilitation and/or mental health care services development;
   - Experience in training design and delivery in mental health field gained in at least 1 project, but preferably 3 projects of similar
     complexity and duration;
   - Experience in mental health projects in EU Member States would be an asset.

Assignment period

The intended commencement date is third quarter of 2012 and the period of execution of the contract will be 24 months from the commencement date.
