Restoration of three buildings of the historical complex of Senjski Rudnik:

     - The old mining company Administrative and shaft building (net inside area about 20 m2)
     - The old Workshop with smithy building (net inside area about 435 m2)
     - The old Warehouse - today a coal mine Museum building (net inside area about 580 m2).

Eligibility and rules of origin

In accordance with Article 168 of the Financial Regulation in the case of external actions, participation is open on equal terms to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) or tenderers coming within the scope of the Treaties and, in accordance with the specific provisions of the basic instruments governing the cooperation sector concerned, to all such natural and legal persons who are nationals of the beneficiary third countries or of any other third country as are expressly mentioned in those instruments.

The tenderers from following countries should be eligible (based on Regulation No 2110/2005 on access to Community external assistance):

     - Member States,
     - Croatia, Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro,
     - Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein,
     - Mexico and Chile through bilateral agreements.
