SOGES S.P.A./SUPPORT IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REFORM OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM/KEY EXPERT IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE/2011/S 94-152813

Objective:

The overall objective of the project is to promote the capacities of public prosecutors, related law enforcement agents and other actors involved in the implementation of the reformed criminal legal framework so as to effectively fight against crime, with a focus on organized crime, corruption, financial crime and human trafficking, and to enhance the protection of human rights in the criminal procedures in accordance with the European standards.

Qualifications

   · Diploma in law at a master’s level or equivalent, with a specialization in Criminal Justice.
   · At least 10 years of strong experience in technical assistance projects with a particular specialization in implementation of new
     legislation’s reform based on preliminary and updated needs assessments.
   · Experience in drafting, implementing, updating and improving of legal frameworks according to the EC rules.
   · Great experience in harmonization of legislations’ procedures with EC rules.
   · Proven experience in developing training programs for institutional actors in criminal justice application.
   · Good language skills in English. Knowledge of Macedonian will be an asset.
