AAM MANAGEMENT INFORMATION CONSULTING LTD./EXPERT IN MONITORING, EVALUATION AND FORECASTING IN THE FIELD OF LABOUR MARKET

Expert in monitoring, evaluation and forecasting in the field of labour market (minimum of 400 working days between June 2012 - June 2014, 95% in Serbia)

This expert will act as the key expert for results related to monitoring, evaluation and forecasting and support with evidence-based employment policy; he/she will be responsible for establishing of systematic approach to monitoring and evaluation of ALMPs as well as forecasting of labour market trends; designing, development, planning and coordination of training programmes for NES and MoERD staff and cooperation with NES and MoERD in this respect.

Qualifications and skills

   - A bachelor degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent
     institution) in economics, management or equivalent discipline or 20 years of professional experience in the field of employment policy
     and/or labour market economics. A master/PhD in economics, management or equivalent discipline is an advantage;

General professional experience

   - Minimum 10 but preferably 15 years of experience in the field of employment policy or labour market economics;

Specific professional experience

   - Minimum 4 but preferably 6 years of specific experience in monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of employment policy measures;
   - Minimum 4 but preferably 6 years of specific experience in labour market forecasts including labour market needs analysis;
   - Minimum 3 but preferably 5 years of experience in deployment of statistical/econometric models for evaluation of employment policies,
     programs and measures or for forecasting labour market trends.
