BA-SARAJEVO: IPA — STRENGTHENING PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA 2012/S 30-047114

Contract description:                                                                              Maximum budget: EUR 2.000.000

Technical assistance will be provided to the Ministries of Finance of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to assist them in strengthening the effectiveness, efficiency and equity of public expenditure management, promote more efficient and effective use of government resources, and strengthen internal controls by managers at all public sector levels.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 2 000 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
