Requirements:

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree

General professional experience:

  • Preferably 5 but minimum 3 years experience on EU research and/or innovation programmes and/or policies

Specific Professional experience:

  • Experience in drafting policy papers strategies or legislation in the fields of STl lor governmental level organisations, preferably in
     partnership with other stakeholder organisations
  • Good understanding of the conceptual framework for STI statistics and their development in candidate or pre-accession countries

Project Duration: May 2012 - November 2013 (140 working days)
