ADT PROJECT GMBH/DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AGRI-ENVIRONMENT MEASURES/JUNIOR SHORT-TERM LEGAL EXPERT

ADT Project GmbH leads an international consortium implementing the EU-funded project "Development and Implementation of Agri-environment Measures (AEM)".

1. Junior short-term legal expert (total 20 working days from 1 March - 21 May 2012)

Key Tasks:

    • Assist further alignment in the field of Agri-environmental legislation;
    • Support the preparation of legislative texts relevant for implemen­tation and control of Agri-environment measures:
    • Support adjustment of national legislation and structure to imple­ment Agri-environmental programme:
    • Assist to finalise documentation for management and control of Agri-environmental payments (juridical well-defined formulation);
    • Contribution to the technical project reports;

Qualifications and Skills

   • University degree (Lawyer);
   • Flexible approach to manage day to day work load;
   • Strongly output orientated; Team worker.
   • Excellent English language skills;
   • Computer literacy.

Genera/ Professional Experience

   • Minimum of 5 years professional experience, at least 2 of them in the field of legal issues related to agriculture, agro environment and
      environmental aspects in the EU context;
   • Working expenence in drafting primary and secondary legislation. Candidate applications will be assessed against eliminatory and
      merit-based criteria.

Eliminator/ criteria: diploma, field of experience, years of experi­ence in the given field and minimum language requirements.
Merit based criteria: working experience related to legislation in agriculture and rural development, experience with legislation in EU con­text; experience with drafting primary and secondary legislations.
