Project name: Preparation of documentation for the project for Conservation and revitalization of the cultural - tourist site St. George – Staro Nagorichane

Global objective: The global objective is to contribute to the enhancement of cross border cooperation through promotion of cultural heritage, thus triggering economic regeneration in the municipality to the benefit of both local population and visitors. 
 
Position: Junior Expert - Procurement expert

    - At least Master degree academic level  in engineering or other relevant area or equivalent 5 years of general professional experience
      above the requested below minimum general professional experience

General professional experience

    - Minimum 3 years of general professional experience in procurement, preparation of tender dossiers,

Specific professional experience

    - At least 2 years of experience in preparation of procurement documents for works contracts and framework contracts,
    - Experience in preparation of works tender documents following PRAG rules and for implementation following  FIDIC rules (at least 2
      tender dossiers prepared).

Language skills

    - Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
    - Knowledge of Macedonian.

Staring period: mid March 2012

Duration: 20 w/d
