Project name: Preparation of documentation for the project for Conservation and revitalization of the cultural - tourist site St. George – Staro Nagorichane

Global objective: The global objective is to contribute to the enhancement of cross border cooperation through promotion of cultural heritage, thus triggering economic regeneration in the municipality to the benefit of both local population and visitors. 
 
Position: Senior Architect - Team Leader

Qualifications and skills

     - At least Master degree academic level  in Architecture or equivalent 5 years of general professional experience above the requested
       below minimum general professional experience

General professional experience

     - Minimum 10 years of general professional experience in the relevant field (conservation and rehabilitation of historical and religious
       monuments)
     - Full Computer literacy

Specific professional experience

     - At least 3 years of experience related to management of international projects in the same or related field;
     - Experience in at least 3 projects of a similar scope (preparation of Blueprints, Detailed Design and Bill of Quantities)
     - Experience in the region

Language skills

     - Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
     - Knowledge of Macedonian

Staring period: mid March 2012

Duration:  70 w/d
