GDSI/SENIOR EXPERT 1: SENIOR CERTIFIED/CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT-AUDITOR THAT WILL ALSO ACT AS A TEAM LEADER - (22 WORKING DAYS INPUT)

Qualifications and skills

Education

    - Education at least Masters Degree Academic level in the field of public finance, audit, business administration or other associated fields;
      Or in its absence, equivalent 4 years experience above the required general professional experience.

General professional experience

     - At least 10 years of professional experience in auditing and/or financial control

Specific professional experience

    - At least 4 years of experience in systems audits for the public sector at central level;
    - Hands-on experience in working with public sector authorities, particularly at central level in countries beneficiaries from PHARE/
      /SAPARD/ CARDS/IPA.
    - Experience in accreditation processes of DIS or EDIS  bodies under EC external aid management ( EU/IPA)

Language skills

    - Fluency in both written and spoken English.
