HR-ZAGREB: IPA — DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION

Contract description:                                                                               Maximum budget: EUR 1.780.000
 
This service project aims to develop a national information collection and analysis system in higher education and science in Croatia. This will be done through development of software for a national information system for  data collection and analysis in higher education in Croatia, followed by capacity building for use of the national information system and raising awareness of its importance for efficient evidence-based policy making in the sector. Functional requirements document will serve as a basis for development of the system.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 1 780 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
