Major Duties and Responsibilities:

     • Under close supervision and technical guidance, maintains records, monitors and prepares documentation and correspondence
        pertaining to programme activities.
     • Collects data and other information, processes and examines the information and data in accordance with instructions received, making
        necessary abstracts and computations.
     • Prepares background material, working papers and tables for briefing and review sessions.
     • Maintains and keeps current registers and control plans on the status of projects including budget planning and expenditure
     • Maintains logs, files and updates records in prescribed format for sub­sequent use.

Post requirements/Minimum qualifications and experience required:


    • University degree in a field related to the work of the organization, preferably in area relevant to child protection.
    • Five years of office experience, preferably in project management
    • Fluency in English and the local working language of the duty station (both oral and written).
    • Experience in using MS Office;
    • Analytical skills, ability to draft and summaries in a concise and clear manner.
    • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in an international multi­cultural environment.
    • Ability to work in a team.
    • Judgment, ability to cope in a potentially stressful work environment.
    • Previous work experience with internal organizations and UN agencies is an asset

This post is for 7 (seven) months on a temporary contract. Estimated start date is mid-April.
