REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA/COMMISSION FOR PROTECTION OF COMPETITION/ASSISTANT

Qualified professionals are invited to apply for the position of RTAAssistant of the EU funded eighteen months IPA 2009 Twining project: “Assistance to the Commission for Protection of Competition for State aid control” that will be implemented within the Commission for Protection for Competition.

Candidates are required to have:

   - University level education or equivalent professional experience
   - Sound experience in administrative and financial management
   - Excellent reporting and monitoring skills
   - Adaptability, flexibility, excellent team-working skills and ability to work under tight deadlines  
   - Pro-activity, initiative and adept to work with national and international counterparts
   - Proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Power Point
   - Proficiency in both written and spoken English
   - Previous work experience in international organizations and on similar projects is an asset
   - Knowledge of government institutions, EU integration processes and laws would be an advantage
