HR-ZAGREB: IPA — PREPARATION OF FUTURE PROGRAMMING DOCUMENTS AND ACCOMPANYING PROJECT PIPELINES 2012/S 50-080687

Contract description:                                                                                 Maximum budget: EUR 2.800.000

Simultaneously with the implementation of the regional competitiveness operational programme (RCOP)  financed by IPA funding, Croatian authorities are in charge of programming a new operational programme that  will be financed through Structural Funds in the period 2014–2020.

The purpose of this project is twofold:

First, the project will provide assistance to the Croatian authorities in preparation of the operational programme  (OP) for the programming period 2014–2020 which is an extensive assistance from initial analysis to  development of the final OP.
The second component of the project refers to assistance in preparation of a number of strategically selected  infrastructure projects and national projects identified under the Structural Funds RCOP pipeline. This will  cover substantial coaching and training of the applicants in the form of the transfer of methodologies and best  practices in project preparation which will enable them to successfully prepare all the documents that are  needed in order to apply for and receive the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding.
The project also includes activities of raising awareness on ERDF funding opportunities.

Maximum budget: 2 800 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of  candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the  regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the  contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The  participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under  which the contract is financed.
