For Project Component 1, Project Component 2 and Project Component 3.
Project for Technical Assistance for Strengthening the Capacity of the Institutions to Manage and Implement the Operational Programmes is launching a call for STE to participate in the above project.
The overall project purpose is to provide technical assistance to the respective Operating structures and beneficiaries of EU financed projects in order to further strengthen their capacities vis-a-vis the effective and efficient management and implementing of EU financed programmes/projects.
Candidates are encouraged to apply for more than one position should they qualify, according to the published required skills/qualifications and their availability with respect to timing of the required outputs as stated in the advertisement.
Expertise required
- Training and Curricula preparation, Monitoring and Evaluation
- IT Expert for Upgrading SEA Web-site
- Result Oriented Monitoring (ROM) Expert
- Project Cycle Management and FIDIC
- MIS Expert
- Expert in Collection and Analysis of Aid Effectiveness Data
- Expert in Monitoring to Review and Update the Existing Manuals of Procedures (PIM and POG) for SPOs on Contract/Programme
Monitoring for I PA Component
Candidates applications will be assessed against eliminatory and merit criteria:
Eliminatory criteria
- Minimum university/bachelor degree in economics, business administration, law IT or other related field (where the bachelor degree has
been awarded on completion of min.4 years of study in a university);
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
- Macedonian language will be an advantage.
