Global objective

To establish a functioning Interim Secure Facility for victims of human trafficking, located in Kosovo, in Lipjan/Lipljan, municipality, in order to support the efforts of the Kosovo authorities to enforce the rule of law by strengthening judiciary, promoting integrity of institutions, fighting various forms of crime and by aligning with and the EU acquis.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills:

   - Education to Masters Degree1 in the field of Civil Engineering, or Architecture, or Bachelor Degree in the field of Civil Engineering, or
     Architecture with 3 years of professional experience (above the years specified under general professional experience) or minimum 8
     years of professional experience (above the years specified under general professional experience) in field of Civil Engineering or
     Architecture.
   - Be proficient in English

General professional experience:

   - At least 10 years experience in the field related to the lot

Specific professional experience:

   - At least 5 years of experience in supervision of the construction works for buildings;
   - Experience in supervision of the works contracts in at least two (2) projects using PRAG or FIDIC contract procedures.
