Global objective

Further development of the Railway Directorate and strengthening of the economic regulatorycapability of the Directorate.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree MSc in relevant field (i.e. economics, law, political science) or BSc degree combined with a minimum of 10 years of
     regulation and finance aspects of railway operations;
   - Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and report writing skills;
   - Full computer literacy

General professional experience:

   - Minimum of 10 years in the field of regulatory and finance work in the rail sector.
   - Minimum 5 years / preferably 10 years of experience in similar projects in transition / candidate / potential candidate country with at least
     one similar project in the railways sector;
   - In-depth knowledge of the EU Acquis in the area of Rail Transport.

Languages skills:

   - Excellent knowledge of English language;
   - Knowledge of Montenegrin language would be desirable.
