Further development of the Railway Directorate and strengthening of the economic regulatorycapability of the Directorate.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree MSc in relevant field (i.e. economics, MBA, law, management, political science) or BSc degree combined with a
     minimum of 10 years of professional experience in organisational reforms of railway companies, formulation and implementation;
   - Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and report writing skills;
   - Full computer literacy

General professional experience:

   - Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of corporate development and organisational reform in the railway sector;
   - Minimum 5 years / preferably 10 years of experience in similar projects in transition / candidate / potential candidate country with at least
     3 projects in the railways sector;
   - In-depth knowledge of the EU Acquis in the area of Rail Transport.

Languages skills:

   - Excellent knowledge of English language;
   - Knowledge of Montenegrin language would be desirable.
