The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the rule of law sector in Albania by improving working conditions, accessibility and visibility of the justice institutions.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree in Civil Engineering.

General professional experience:

   - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the civil building design, construction or supervision;
   - Minimum one experience in the last 5 years (2006-2011) in the in the structural design of the buildings based on the Euro Codes.

Languages skills:

   - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Albanian.(Knowledge in Albanian language cannot be replaced by interpretation/translation
     service).
