Global objective

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the rule of law sector in Albania by improving working conditions, accessibility and visibility of the justice institutions.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent specialised in the IT & security systems).

General professional experience:

   - Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the design or supervision of electrical systems in the buildings;
   - Minimum one experience in the design of the electrical systems in the buildings of similar size;
   - Minimum .one experience in the last 5 years (2006-2011) in the design of IT & security systems in buildings, preferably in judiciary
     infrastructure.

Languages skills:

   - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Albanian.(Knowledge in Albanian language cannot be replaced by interpretation/translation
     service).
