Global objective

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the rule of law sector in Albania by improving working conditions, accessibility and visibility of the justice institutions.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills:

   - University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent specialised in the energy efficiency systems).

General professional experience:

   - Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the design or supervision of mechanical works in the buildings.
   - Minimum one experience in the design of HVAC systems in the buildings of similar size.
   - Minimum one experience in the last 5 years (2006-2011) in the design of energy saving systems such as solar panel systems, heat pumps
     or other alternative energy saving systems of similar size.

Languages skills:

   - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Albanian. .(Knowledge in Albanian language cannot be replaced by
     interpretation/translation service).
