Qualifications and skills

    - University Degree in Economics, IT, Public administration, Business Administration or other disciple relevant to the project;
    - A master's/ PhD degree in Economics, IT, Public administration, Business Administration or other discipline relevant to the project will be
      an advantage.

General professional experience

    - Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of working experience in IT Quality Assurance in Customs Administrations or related European
      Commission Services;
    - Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of working experience with a customs administration in EU member state, European Commission
      Services or EU candidate countries.

Specific professional experience

    - Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of working experience in developing Project Quality Plans for projects of significant size and with similar
      methodology
    - Minimum 3, preferably 5 years of working experience in quality management of software development projects for Customs
      Administrations or the European Commission Services from quality planning to acceptance testing.
    - Provision of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) training will be an advantage;
