EUROPEAID/132794/L/ACT/ME /CIVIL SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT IPA 2011 CIVIL SOCIETY FACILITY MONTENEGRO PROGRAMME

Objectives:                                                                                                Max. Grant Amount: EUR 200.000

The global objective of this Call for Proposals is to enhance the contribution of CSOs to Montenegro's advancement in its EU approximation process.

The specific objectives of this Call for Proposals are:

    • To further the participation of CSOs in the creation, implementation and monitoring of  public policies at all levels
    • To support the capacity building of small CSOs to participate in community development  and provide services to citizens

Size of grants

Any grant requested under this Call for Proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:

   • minimum amount: EUR 100 000
   • maximum amount: EUR 200 000

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must:

   • be legal persons and
   • be non profit making and
   • be civil society organizations and
   • be nationals of Montenegro or nationals of a Member State of the European Union or the countries covered by Article 19 of IPA
      Regulation and
   • be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting  as an intermediary and
   • be registered at least twelve months prior to the deadline for submission of project proposals
