Global objective

The global (overall) objective is to support the Croatian institutions in approximation of EU Habitats Directive and Birds Directive through further development of information system envisaged to provide efficient implementation of NATURA 2000 in Croatia.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills:

    - Masters Degree academic level (university level education in duration of 4 years) or alternatively 7 years of general professional
      experience (absolutely required);
    - Working knowledge of English language (absolutely required).

General professional experience:

   - 3 years of professional experience in the Geographic Information System (GIS) and remote sensing (absolutely required).

Specific professional experience:

   - 3 years of professional experience in satellite image processing and GIS data integration (absolutely required).

Location & Duration: Croatia – 30 working days.
