Global objective

The global (overall) objective is to support the Croatian institutions in approximation of EU Habitats Directive and Birds Directive through further development of information system envisaged to provide efficient implementation of NATURA 2000 in Croatia.

Expert profile

Qualifications and skills:

     - Masters Degree academic level (university level education in duration of 4 years) or alternatively 14 years of general professional
       experience (absolutely required);
     - Working knowledge of English language (absolutely required).

General professional experience:

    - 10 years of working experience in the IT (absolutely required).

Specific professional experience:

    - 5 years of professional experience in GIS and spatial database design and development (absolutely required);
    - 5 years of professional experience in web application programming and development (absolutely required);
    - Professional experience in managing and coordinating a team of experts in IT projects;
    - Professional experience in database development and programming in regards to Microsoft SQL and ESRI ArcGIS technology (absolutely
      required).

Location & Duration: Croatia – 84 working days.
