Requirements

    • Education at least Masters Degree Academic level in the areas of macroeconomics, accounting, statistic, public financial management or
       similar, or equivalent professional experience of 5 (five) years above the general professional experience duration fixed
       below.
    • At least 10 years experience in the areas of budgeting, accounting, statistics or public financial management
    • At least 5 years experience from working in the area of public finances
    • Experience with international organisations or donor-funded projects
    • Experience in former or present potential and candidate countries for EU membership
    • General knowledge of COFOG and GFS classification schemes and ESA95
    • Fluency in the local language will be considered an advantage.
