Qualifications and skills

   - Education at least Masters Degree Academic level in a relevant discipline (e.g. economics, accounting, law, computing, mathematics, etc)
     or equivalent professional experience for 7 years which must be higher than the one of the general professional experience duration fixed
     below.

General Professional Experience

    - At least 10 years in the field of Law/Economics or Tax Administration

Specific Professional experience

    - Minimum 6 years of experience in Capacity Building support to Tax Administration, aligning national legislation in the field of Taxation
      and/or design of implementation regulations.
    - Experience in providing technical assistance to Governments in the area of tax administration;
    - Knowledge of European Commission tender/procurement procedures; Experience with TOR drafting in the relevant sector is an
      advantage

Language Skills

    - Fluency in English, both written and spoken
