Qualifications and skills

    - Education at least Masters Degree Academic level in a relevant discipline (e.g. electrical engineering, computing, mathematics, etc) or
      equivalent professional experience for 5 years which must be higher than the one of the general professional experience duration fixed
      below.

General Professional Experience

    - At least 3 years of experience in IT development

Specific Professional experience

    - Minimum 3 years of experience in Capacity Building of national tax administration in IT development and/or design of IT systems in the
      field of taxation.
    - Knowledge of the EU regulations, acquis and priorities in Taxation in relation to IT development is an advantage.

Language Skills

    - Fluency in English, both written and spoken
