Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education, Department for Financing and Contracting of EU Programmes is seeking proposals for promoting equal opportunities in access to education for disadvantaged groups through promoting provision of relevant services in the Republic of Croatia with financial assistance from the Multi-Annual Operational Programme for Human Resources Development for Croatia, Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (BGUE 04 06 - HRD). This grant scheme will contribute to more comprehensive inclusion of children/youth from different disadvantaged groups in the educational system. Tailor-made activities aimed at social inclusion of children/youth from disadvantaged groups will be supported, as well as activities aimed at capacity building of staff of education institutions in order to be able to adequately response to different needs of pupils/students.
Eligibility
- be legal person
- not derive profit from the grant i.e. the grant can only cover costs of activitie
- be at least one type of the organisations: kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, higher education institutions8,
associations of students from disadvantaged groups, regional and local authorities, international (intergovernmental) organizations,
centres for education of children/students with disabilities and organizations having legal mandate for work in the area related tothe
lot, nongovernmental associations with primary activities related to the actions funded in the lot, and research institutes;
- and be nationals
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary.
