Qualification and skills:

    - Education of at least Master degree in the field of social or natural sciences or equivalent professional experience of at least 15 years in
      the field of project management /programming /planning;
    - Excellent spoken and written English

General professional experience:

    - minimum 10 years of general work experience, preferably in areas of project management /programming /planning;
    - experience in managing at least one EU funded projects.

Specific professional experience:

    - At least 5 years, but preferably 7 years or more, of professional experience in thematic areas pertaining to the programming or
      implementation of projects under the procedures similar to those used in decentralized management of EU funds;
    - Knowledge of the EC financial management and control procedures
