Contract description:                                                                               Maxumim budget: EUR 1.200.000

The services include technical assistance to the contracting authority in all fields listed below:

  a) screen and properly assess project proposals submitted by the interested municipalities (incl. technical assessment, financial viability,
      etc.) and make recommendations to the Steering Committee;
  b) prepare for all selected project proposals design drawings, detailed technical specifications, breakdown of prices (including confidential
      cost estimation) in order to have a complete tender dossier for a 'design-build' works contract(s) according to the latest edition of the
      'Practical Guide to contract procedures for EU external actions' (PRAG);
  c) supervise the resulting works contract(s) until the end of the defects liability period.

The infrastructure works are foreseen to be implemented through improvement of local infrastructure and the quality of municipal services in the 3 main sectors of socio-economic development (schools, kindergarten, health services, sports and youth facilities); infrastructure (roads, municipal buildings); and environment (water supply and sewerage system).

Budget:

Maximum budget: 1 200 000 EUR.

Eligibility:

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The
participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
